Will never go back to any other tissue

I recently had a spring cold. Used a lot of tissues. Yes these are not soft, but after a day of constant blowing and wiping my nose, it wasn't red or sore. As always I put extra moisturizer on at night to assist in preventing a red nose. The moisturizing did not burn like it has in the past during colds. I am extremely pleased with these tissues!

Is bamboo facial tissue biodegradable?
Although bamboo facial tissue is biodegradable - we recommend tossing them in the waste bin as they can often contain harmful bacteria.If you use the tissue to clean up a spill, we recommend composting it. We also advise against flushing our facial tissue as they’re not designed to break down in the same way as our bamboo toilet paper.
How is Reel bamboo facial tissue whitened?
We whiten our new bamboo facial tissue using elemental chlorine-free (ECF) technology, a process in which no elemental chlorine is used in the bleaching sequences. Domestically, ECF bleaching is recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as being the “Best Available Technology” to bleach paper products.
